Dennis Hauger completed his rookie NTT INDYCAR SERIES season in 2026, driving the No. 19 Honda for Dale Coyne Racing in technical partnership with Andretti Global. The Norwegian claimed Rookie of the Year honors in his debut season, finishing ahead of Mick Schumacher and Caio Collet.
Hauger will move to AJ Foyt Racing for the 2027 season, where he will drive the No. 14.
A proven winner throughout his junior career, Hauger captured the 2021 FIA Formula 3 championship before making his INDY NXT by Firestone debut. In 2025, he dominated the series with Andretti Global, earning six wins and eight poles en route to the championship, finishing 72 points ahead of Collet.
Known by the nickname “Norwegian Nightmare,” Hauger brings a relentless approach to his development both on and off the track. Away from the circuit, he enjoys running, working out, simulator training and other activities that help sharpen his driving skills.
